    💰 Internal Day Rates & Terms

    Day Rate (full day, 8hrs): $1,800
    Half-Day Rate (4hrs): $1,200
    Travel: First 25 miles included. $0.67/mile after.
    Deposit: 50% to book. Balance due day of shoot.
    Payment: HoneyBook invoice. Credit card, ACH, or Zelle.
    Cancellation: 48hr notice for full refund. Same-day: 50% non-refundable.

    Real Estate Photos: 48 hours (standard)
    Real Estate Photos Rush: 24 hours (+$100)
    Brand / Headshots: 3-5 business days
    Video Edit (short): 5-7 business days
    Video Edit (full production): 7-14 business days
    Event Photos: 48-72 hours

    🚁 Drone Availability Note

    Drone coverage is available when weather, location access, property conditions, and airspace restrictions allow. If drone coverage is not available for a specific property, I will recommend the best alternative coverage.
