- Booking, proposal, agreement, invoice, payment status, refund, and transaction information. Card and bank credentials are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
- Files and media you provide for a project, including logos, reference images, property information, guest or participant details, and feedback.
- Technical information ordinarily provided by browsers and hosting systems, such as IP address, device and browser type, requested pages, timestamps, referral URL, and security logs.
- Communications, approvals, electronic signatures, delivery activity, and support requests connected with our services.
3. How We Use Information

- Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes, proposals, schedules, agreements, and project plans.
- Provide, personalize, deliver, support, and improve our services.
- Process payments, deposits, balances, refunds, and accounting records.

If you provide a mobile number when booking or inquiring, we may send text messages about your project, including booking confirmations, shoot day details, gallery delivery links, and balance reminders. Message frequency varies by project and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain project and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
